True, however if you compare world-wide Steam prices here, you will notice that the price I am asking for is not unreasonable, in particular from a South American region, Taiwan or Singapore (where the game was 10% off).
Let's put it the other way, the game is offered on this site for 6-9 CS:GO Keys, with a seller I am using frequently offering it for 7 keys. I am more than happy to discuss the price, however since yours if a steam gift, and not a key (as per your link), my assumption would have been that you had bought it from a non-EU region, am I correct?

Added. The game has been bought bought from a EU retailer. Part of a promotion more precisely. And it's worldwide compatible (ROW), not region locked. But anyway, it has been bought in Europe. Not SEA, LATAM, USA or Russia.
