if I can say this, I just went around checking a bit and other people too have pr2+jp cars at 10 euros on this site (or even more in tf2 keys).
plus, if for you pr2 = 3 tf2 keys and phantom= 1, then an extra key to also get the dlc wasn't a bad price imho.

if I wanted to interact with the grey market, I would have sold my copies of several games that are worth decent money for example, and then buy phantom for less than 2 dollars. that's not the kind of business I want to get into.
This forum is also a gray market in some way and, personally I, don’t see anything wrong with that, because it allows me to save money.
me too, but a steam gift is produced by some legit entity. if it gets traded it's still legit. scanned keys from physical copies are not.
