Battlefield 6 EU Intel promo key

So my issue is I got an US code for the game and I cannot activate it on Intels site. I want to swap this for an EU code if possible. Thank you.

As far as I know there isn't any region lock with the promo.

Unfortunately, the Intel site detects the vpn and blocks any activation
