I'm pretty sure that EU "locked" keys are ROW, mate :) (unless something changed in the meantime that I'm not aware)

PermalinkI see. thanks for the reply, am posting on behalf of my friend. He got the key on one of the local sites but when trying to activate, its saying region locked, ill check back with him later on. Thanks. :)

PermalinkI would say that it might be a RU key (or other blocked region) being sold as a EU key. But that's only an uneducated guess :)
