Things that are going to be ignored: cd-keys, tf2 (and other game) items, valve stuff (cs:go, dota2, etc), money (paypal, wallet, etc) and friend requests that were sent before coming to an agreement here.
Message to smartasses: yeah I know you can buy them for 35-40$ from russians - but then, in my country, I am able to buy Max Payne 3 in retail for 40$. So there you have it :)
