He randomly added me, told me he'd seen my post, and tricked his rep by faking his profile to look like a respectable member with more than 200 +rep. Then he made me go first, and blocked me, taking my F.E.A.R 3 gift. Be careful, he seems to do this very often. UPDATE: He has now given me my first -REP saying I am the scammer. Check his REP page and mine and then judge for yourselves.
