The reason I changed it from 9 to 11 was because I remembered that Steam charged a fee. I want it to be very close to the price. and 8 is too low

Tbh the steam fees is not that high for this to be 11 keys. It was good if the pricing was done not beyond 10 keys as one can get reloaded edition at this price directly from the store it self although regional pricing comes into this as well.

yes, I noticed. The 8 keys you recommend cost $17. Steam gets 5%. So this means that Steam charges $0.85. But 17 is a little low. 18 or 19 is acceptable
