Not really, mostly steamgifts.
Many reports regarding Steamtrades are 2-3 month old and still not solved. My -1 that scammer gave me already 1.5 month old as well.
If fake or unjustified -reps are not moderated then the real -reps will loose its value.

Just to clarify this: you can get false -rep removed, all you have to do is submit a ticket on steamgifts and after a while it'll get removed by one of the mods from there.
i got a guy that +rep me without make a trade with me .. i added him and he said he made a trade with me ... but no .. it was a impersonator that made a trade in my name lol
