What... you can't even give away Dota on Sgifts though... Don't see why anyone on their right mind would want Dota, but there is nothing wrong with giving out the ones from Valve.

that's not "winning" then, it's more like receiving.
He is not allowed to trade games he won on SteamGifts.com giveaways. Copies he received from Valve are fine (though worthless).
