You should wait for game to get revoked before doing anything. As soon as it does, contact Steam support with proof so that you get back your items that you traded for Dayz. Give him a -rep with description here and in his profile, and make a forum thread over at Steamrep.com
And if the price seems too good to be true, it probably is. DayZ is $30 everywhere, so anything below 14 keys should be avoided.

Today i traded with this guy, before the trade,I asked him why the price is so good, he said it was just bought in thailand price, but as i actived it i found those in console:

Obviously it was bought in US, it may be a credit card fraud..... that makes me a bit nervous. so i asked him , he just ignore and avoid me.
What should i do now? im newbie in steamtrades , how to report him?
