I have Yooka-Laylee. Can you trade for a Gift card of 5$? Steam now gives you option to gift wallet

Steam doesn't seem to allow the purchase of digital gift cards with Steam wallet credit. I'd have to use a credit card instead, and I was really wanting to use my existing wallet funds for trading.

However, since I really want Yooka-Laylee, I'll go through with purchasing a $5 gift card in exchange for it as long as you're sure it's a ROW key and not a SA region locked key. (Your profile shows you are in Ecuador, so I just wanted to be sure.)
