Was there some kind of depreciation of Alice MR? I mean it costs 50€ on steam, how come someone cant trade it for 10€ game?

Probably because it was on sale for $6 just a few days ago.
Also, Torchlight II isn't $10 for most people, but $20 / EUR 19 / RUB 450 clicky.
