Hi; games from Steam Turkish Store; only have activation lock. Once activated; they'll have the same appid and there won't be any ways to differentiate them from a copy you bought from your own region. The only lock is on gift activation.
Which means; once activated with a VPN, DNS etc.; you won't need any VPN or so to play it. It'll be a ROW copy.
