You can only activate lootboxes once in your own account. If you try to activate 2nd key,it will activate but will give you no lootboxes. Someone told me that and tested myself too.
Hey, I spoke to Blizzard support about this. They can see the extra loot boxes on my account waiting to be pushed through into the game for me to use. They said if it doesn't happen within 3 days I'm to contact them again to get them to force push the boxes so they are available for me. I'll keep you updated on what happens.
