Warning to everyone wishing to deal with him.
His games are bought with VPN/Proxy through russian steam store.
He use second gifting account to buy all the games http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198041551929
look, only himself as friend and no other game.
I checked his IP and it's origin Brazil, but 1 day ago, he made thread offering russian games for paypal.
I have no problem with this, but steam maybe has and this is warning to everyone.
