Hello. This also happened to me as well. I was able to access my inventory after installing and launching the game.

I can't access my Dota 2 inventory and it shows that i have 0 dota 2 keys(though i am pretty sure i have around 20).It there supposed to be some maintainance or something going on.If not then any pointers on what could be wrong.
Any help would be appreciated.

Looks like installing and playing the game fixes the bug. Nonetheless i will keep the thread open to inform others who have been affected by the same problem.
