There was no Happy Hour for that bundle yet. As soon as there is, it's the same as every other bundle: 0,75 keys. If you'd want two bundles i'd give you 1 ToD change for 2 keys.
Not all bundles get Happy Hours though, last weeks Monday bundle for example didnt have one, or I missed it :(
