Not saying i dont, or that i do trust you, but waiting a month is just brutal.
Also if keys were available that cheap that are ROW or WW - cdkey sites would have them already.
I just want to make this painfully clear, there are a great deal of CDKEY sites online, who source the cheapest possible keys available, if somehow every single site i frequent cant do cheap copies, i fail to believe anywhere else can.
And if something went wrong with your transaction you would have no way in the world to sort out the transaction, as you stated "not allowed to use internet money"
So you cannot refund, nor sort out any problems that arise.
So many variables could happen with this transaction, but overall seems far too good to be true.

And i totally 100% understand you fear, but i already used that site two times :
The first time, i asked my friend to buy me Assassin's Creed Revelation (uplay) , and second time i bought my self Sleeping dogs to gift to my couzin who lives in france and he was able to activate it.
I know it's hard to trust, because like you said it's too good to be true but someone did: he gave me BO II two days ago, and yesterday i ordered Tomb raider , it will be shipped to my home two or three days after release date, and i will send him the key: he trusted me, and i will thank him gratefully on march with that game, and so people will trust me and my method! :)
But even if the thread should be close by now, since i got what i want, i will leave it like that because i'm gaining day by day enough money (another 1000 rps) to make another trade and this time for BO II season pass
Also, would like to add that in that site, all games are imported so i barely see any reasons it won't be ROW ^^
Cant imagine some one go first with a BO2 tradable copy for a Tomb raider key.
it Was a BO 2 key, and you can see the game in my library if it's hard to trust ;)

If I were to say buy tomb raider from the link you posted, how would it be delivered? And in what form (key?)
it would be delivered to my home with CD + CD key and the CD key is ROW one since i already bought one for the guy who gave me BO II :D, he activated it outside asia ^^

Why don't i buy BO II directly on that site?
Because it cost too much: 3399 roupies (normal price)
In case you ask me a pre-order game, you will have to wait till the release to get the games (around two or three days after it's release) but i would like to get BO II before to play it :D
So well to be more clear, i want you to go first ( give me black ops II) and wait around one month (for example Tomb raider) if you want your game. It's up to you to trust me or not of course!! but you will miss a good chance to get the best pre-orders games for free!! :D
