What is the difference? Edit: if i get the game and i can play it then no i don't mind.

You just activate it, and it goes to your Library and you can play it normally. The thing is, I have this DmC key I'm trying to sell for 20 bucks. Someone offered me Skyrim for it a couple of days ago. I'll see if his offer still stands, and then I can trade it with you.
