I temporarily removed Black Ops 4 from my list until i figure out if it's giftable (i don't see that option on my page). Sorry about that.
I figured it out. Things to keep in mind, it's a Battle.net game, it's the Battle Edition (it means it doesn't have the zombies mode) and " This key is not available in the countries listed below. If the gift recipient is located in one of these countries, they may not be able to redeem the key.

Hi, Battle net Gift links is ROW? Meaning US EU Asia is the same Region lock and just not being redeemable in the those countries?
Sorry, forgot to answer to you. I don't really understand the question, all i can say is that at least Black Ops 4 Battle Edition only have regional restrictions for the countries mentioned in my post above. For other countries, the game will be activated.
