These are in gift form and so aren't re-tradeable, you will have to use them yourself and cannot be given to friends unless you ask me to send it to your friends steam account. The gift transaction is not reversible and so if you ask me to gift it to a friend then you must be certain that you don't want the item as i cannot take it back nor can your friend send you the piece of DLC later.
