I pre-ordered it on gamagama.ru, which didn't say the game has any region restriction of activating or running on the website.

However I found it on steamdb.info later, and it says the key only can be activated and run in RU and CIS countries.

Today I received the key and it really can't activated in my country, which made me so disappointed :(

So anyone who lives in RU and CIS countries want this? I accept TF2 Keys or other same value offers.

i7killpii you can use a free VPN to activate the key and last time I activated a game from the UK (I live in Germany) I could activate it and then it appeared in my library and I could download and play it without needing to be connected with the VPN, so I'm pretty sure it will be the same with your key.
