No, they are not. SEA keys don't actually work in China. Mine are old issue tradable gifts that work anywhere. What happened with the new bunch of invites (the ones that flooded the market now) is they do not work in China because of an exclusive distribution agreement with Perfect World there. These older invites I have do work in China.
Look up the CDR yourself and you'll see which copies have China lock and which don't. The latest big batch of DOTAs are all locked. The ones that came before it aren't. I have rep to back my claim up.

Because loads of free guest keys have been given out very recently and spilled into trade - except the people selling them conveniently forget to mention that they are guest keys. And nobody would trade the real keys for the junk they are being offered for given their price tag. If it's too good to be true - it isn't!
Sorry. Shooting much higher. DOTA/TF Keys as stated in post or possiblr games of similar or better value. Botanicula isn't worthwhile. Thanks for offering though. :)

No need to be sorry, if you added me for Buds it's a valid reason. I'll gladly entertain offers that are at least somewhat specific. What I dislike is people adding me and asking me to make them an offer for their inventory (I'm lazy and don't feel like doing it for everyone who cares to add me), asking "what do you want for X?" (I want your offer or at least a ballpark of one), or asking "Do you have X?" (check the listing).
I'll have another look at your stuff but I don't think I saw something I wanted for Buds the first time. I'm keeping them for a newer game I just have to have (which doesn't exist right now), or else a very favorable offer (as measured in TF2 key values) of a bunch of good trade stuff.

As you may know, the recent DOTA invites given out by Valve do not work in China. But older, rarer ones do. I have a few of those China-playable tradable invites available (Sub ID 12083 and Single Gift). They work everywhere else too.
Asking 5x DOTA Treasure keys, or 10x TF2 keys, or equivalent game offer each. Not accepting cd-keys or accounts of any kind.
