You will have to go first. I have a nice rep, so that should not be a problem.

1) You have to have verified PP account

2) You will send money as a gift and pay the fees if there are any

3) In the subject you will write "Tf2 keys- your STEAM 64 ID"

4) In the body of the message you will write "This is a payment for virtual (intangible) items usable in Steam Client Software, , that I have received. Physical shipment is not required. I understand that this is a non-refundable transaction and promise to not charge back under any circumstance. I, (PayPal name and last name) agree to these terms."

5) Will not trade with anyone who is flagged for scams/some other nasty stuff. If you have low rep, I will prolly not trade with you, sorry. :/
