Currently 3 people in my friendlist literally spams me either one of these links. Both are seems to be secure (https) but it is obvious that those are psishing links because of the spams and nobody would you free game away in any damn site.
Please be cautious. Remove them and report them. I can't say that if they are able to get their accounts but there is no need to lose others.
If you want to track the free games use steam groups or various trustworthy websites.
