And there is absolutely nothing I can do. I reported him to SG/ST support, but since he has neither of these profiles set up, they can't ban him from here (which also means, the profile you just linked is his alt account which he uses to scam - you can't see the steamprofile links in ST unless you are logged in). And also, steamrep is as useless as it always was. They do nothing except marking the profile, so I don't see any reason to create tons of tickets; for nothing. http://steamrep.com/profiles/76561198075113189 - seems he was using the name Blazzer earlier.
And ofc finally our almighty ruler, the Steam itself. I reported him directly from his profile using the impersonator option; but you know, I highly doubt Steam will close any profiles or at least do something at all. I heard Gabe needs some more money cause the escort prices went up in his area.

It took me like 1 month and a half of ticketing and people mad with me because of him but he was finally banned and I recovered my peace.

So, when you say "he was finally banned", you mean he got banned by steamrep/steamtrades/steamgifts OR his profile got a permanent tradeban (maybe permanent shut down on his profile? :D yeah, I wish). Because the first one options I mentioned, means nothing. Absolutely 0. nada
They can just link anyones steamtrades profile as a proof of rep and keep continue scamming, if people are stupid enough. So, I'm really not sure why you think your impersonator can't scam anyone anymore ...
But you know what is the real problem? What helps really the scammers?
The people who keep adding me on steam and commenting on my threads whenever I open a new, just to say "oh btw you have an impersonator"; instead of fucking just reporting him. There is even an option for this category on the steam profile after you click report. It's called IMPERSONATING ANOTHER USER! How can people miss this? Ohh right, they just lazy.
I'm 0% involved in the scam as everyone who got an impersonator. The victim and the scammer are 50-50% involved on this. He's just using my name, I don't have screenshots of the discussion I don't now what exactly happened. How could I report it properly?
We have so many scammers because people don't care and too lazy to even spend 5 mins to report both on steamrep BUT MAINLY on the steamprofile ...

The scammed people, the smarter ones have screenshots and they sent the proofs to me. That helped me a lot.
The problem is people coming to SteamTrades and adding -rep to the profile of a good trader, that happened to me so I had to act. That can happen to you too. That's the big problem.

And yeah, your impersonator was last online 34 days ago, you seem to be safe now. He might gave up. But don't forget, that trade ban doesn't prevent key for key trades via chat. It seems steam has no solution really, cause they are too afraid to close steamprofiles, scammers only stop when they want.
Or wait a second. Does banned profile means he can't login anymore? In this case the system seems to be working.
Not sure what do you mean by "smaller game", but I think I don't see anything for NTtE, anyway.
