and what did you meant by "i can but the rest....."? did you meant any of the games/DLC i listed down that are apart of the Steam Halloween Sale? well it's not like you're from Russia or anything where they sometimes put restrictions towards which specific countries can certain games you buy as Steam gifts can be played at. if you buy a game as a Steam gift and you look it up in your Steam inventory and you don't notice anything that straight up tells you that it's restricted to this country or that country, than it usually means that it will work for anyone around the world (ROW).

yes, i have some cash left on my wallet. im living in SEA, and they have region restricted too.
5 cards each, but for Kung fu strike it worths 6 cards, so there will be 16 cards in total

i was thinking, i'm pretty sure the only kind of games on Steam that usually get restricted in certain countries are the more violent ones.
i'm pretty sure games like Ultratron and Droid Assault are not the kind of games that can be restricted in your country..
