I want sell some not claimed after summer sale gifts, and I want start some kind of auction for it. I do not find any websites what will offer auction feature for Steam gifts. Is here any advises ?

Just put your games on auction here. Mention what games you have, take about 6hours... after it give the game to highest bider :)
