Collateral will be returned upon receiving the copies from the four pack back. However, should the items you receive from breaking down a multipack become untradeable, I will be keeping your collateral and you will be keeping that copy. No buts. Make sure you check to make sure your Steam account is in good standing to prevent this from happening.
Why is collateral required? Well, it's to prevent you from running off with my extra copies!
