Hmmmm i dont have the bundle and i am not selling it but not sure i agree with your comments about lowballing and deleting threads. Why exactly ? Because they have got a deal and are not mentioning it. Does anyone steam trading have to mention the price they got a game because i have seen plenty of people who have got weekend deals etc and tried getting a full price game out of it. Whats the difference ?
If someone isnt prepared to pay $1 for a bundle for charity arent they the tight ass out of the two ?
Everyone that uses Steam can automagically see what the weekend/daily deal is when they open their client. Not so with all the indie bundles flying around nowadays.
That said, I'm not sure thread deletion is the best solution. Instead, a Sticky where Mods (or users) can post the current indies / exploitet keys / Amazon sales might be a good idea, as it would make it easier for the average user to quickly see what's cheap so he doesn't get ripped off.
Does anyone dealing in keys have to reveal source and price though ? I could have got a sale from any other stores and got a steam key at a bargain price. All im saying is if i get a game on sale for $5 from a store and its $40 on steam then $40 is probably what someone would try and get for it. Its still on sale for $5 in the store and anyone could buy it at that price. In this situation threads are not deleted and a sticky isnt made is it ? How is it different ? Isnt it just good business buy low sell high ? Also Indie Bundle websites dont accept trades as payment.
Please be aware of this bundle when trading.
