I have quite a bit of steam wallet banked up from selling items on the market, and I am interested in spending it on amazon / paypal.
My rules for the transaction
You go first, unless you have more positive rep than I. (If you have any negative you are going first)
If it is paypal you send it as a gift and you pay fees.
I'd prefer not to buy a bunch of small $5 games for 20% off, rather deal with bigger purchases.
