It depends on which cards we're talking. Take into account that game drops 5 cards itself so, I'd only accept 5 cards if the offer includes some cards wit higher value, otherwise I'd rather get the cards from the game myself.
In that case, 3 Gemini Wars + 3 Kairo + 1 Cat Lady for a total of 7 cards is my offer.

As for the other games, it depends if there are some cards with good value on the offer. If there aren't, and we're talking just random low value cards on the community market (0.05 - 0.10$ or so) I'd say some 10 cards each game, considering these games drop cards themselves.
