I can buy almost any game that u want from russian steam. Almost. Why Almost ? Because there are some regions locked and some restricted games that I can't buy for u :c
How to check the Price? Go there : http://steamdb.info/ In the Search type name of ur game, find it. U have found it ? Good :) Now take a look at prices.. :)

Let's take for example game called "The Binding of Isaac"

It costs 99p. (rubles) Soo u take this ammount (99) and u are dividing it for 66 (99:66) = 1,5 + ref(or some cards) = Cost of the game :)
I think that's all.. :)
