The value of an item can be subjective sometimes, the same applies here. Most people value their games differently and expect different things when trading. Ah, looks like I missed your reply, im sorry. While i also take into account those prices, they are not the only criteria of evalutating games. Popularity, priorities, and other stuff matter as well.
I consider all of those to be in the same low tier so i usually do 1:1.
