I am sorry you got scammed. Please be careful next time/double check if someone with a private profile/low level adds you. If you checked that profile on steamrep.com, you would've seen he got banned/reported for impersonation before.

The user that scammed you is not levyl. As you can see he has changed his name multiple times and all of the names are traders from steamgifts.
He has been using other people's names and profile pictures to scam low rep traders who write "If you have a higher rep then me, I will go first" on their trades. This sentence basically means "please take my stuff" for the scammers.

I've been trying to get that shitty impersonator banned but it's no use. Valve won't do anything. He has already ruined the reps of 4-5 traders.
Best you can do is report him for impersonating other people and trade scams. But it will take months till he gets a trade ban
