Permalink i've done trading before with it and I have almost 100 reviews all positive. I'm asking for the money first because I need the money quickly and want to make sure who ever I'm trading with fixes any issue if we run into them, or if doesn't work i'm not stuck without being able to sell my keys till the trade hold is over.

That is both understandable and fair on your viewpoint. I don't feel like it that I need to bring to the table how superior my trading experience, rep count and so on. It doesn't matter to the other party as long as they don't want to go first anyway :p
