Give them true rules. Say all phishers and scammers will not be tolerated and will be reported. How to watch out for scams- 1. Look at their rep on steamtrades and Steam. Look for +rep, which means they're happy with what they got. But if they're a newbie- Make them give the stuff first and show your rep so they could trust you. If the person that you are trading with tries scamming you, report them immediately. I have reported every phisher I have seen. People make up these fake steam sites that hack your account. They look exactly like steam, but are not steam. Here's an example phishing link you should watch out for: steamconnunity.com As you see, letters are changed, but some people may think it looks legit. Also there is a scam where before you trade they remove their item and accept. Make this a sticky if you can, as this will help everyone
