Its in your inventory, but its not tradable. You probably bought it with a new Credit card or so. It will be tradable only after 1 month or so. Isn't that right??
Anyway, there is always an off chance that if your credit card company rejects the payment, that games wil vanish from the poor sods library who buys it. So its a hell lot risky.
