Even for Vergil dlc it's 8,99$ vs 19,99$ or 2,5$ vs 6,8$ on the biggest disscount on both titles that steam had.

PermalinkEven if I did why would I agree to trade you my gift at -50% discount for the dlc at full price? Anit in the russian store is 12,5$ so it would be 12,5$ vs 9$ still not a good deal for me.
If you want a game at a disscount value the same goes for your game.
