and this is another reason whyu i cannot wait till valve and all game devs totally and 100% region lock russia. And major mews flash that itme is coming. and i for one cant wait
I have to say, it does help some Russians make money, even if it skirts the SSA. It isn't a problem when you don't have people like TLST acting ridiculous. People are coming into the thread flying off the handle at me, but the long and short of it is:

oh i see this and i agree, russians are for the most part rude, greedy people and they have the nerve to speak of americans. and the reason why russia is gonna be 100% region locked is this.....most russians would rather priate then pay for anything. so the devs in order to try to stiop piracy lowered their prices to redculously low which i not fair to any other region out there. now the russians are taking advantae of these rediculously low prices and are destroyting devs profits by selling the games. most times making more profit per copy then the dev is. the devs are becomning tired of this . wont be much longer till they are totally fed up and region lock everything making it impossible for the russians to trade outside of their region. and being one of the people whos been in trading since day one pn steam i will applaud the devs when they finally do this
Yeah, the reason I only even have this Witcher 2 (RU) is now because a guy was offering a decent trade, and he was located in eastern Europe, so I figure I'd get him a copy from his region. Unfortunately, our timezones didn't match so well and he found someone to trade with in the meantime. So now here I am. He's been pretty decent though and pointed me to a couple people who might want it.
Unfortunately, it's another case of timezones. I somehow keep missing these people, and they are making good offers that I'd like to get rid of it for. C'est la vie, I suppose.
