Possibly, but not for Civ alone, considering the non-gift was free/sells for a few cards and all.

You have other gifts in your inventory that seem more reasonable. I could add you some keys/links or a smaller gift from here for Fallout for instance.

You'd be right. As I own both Wizard Wars and have multiples of Sam serial keys as is. Better luck elsewhere.
