Unfortunately, Steam is unable to convert Syberia into a giftable.
So maby you could find something in my TF2 or Spiral Knight invertory you would like.( I know I don't have much in there ;) )
Actually there's nothing useful in your tf2 backpack :( Also you are not premium, so you can't trade anything, sorry. I'll think about it.
Probably you traded L4D2 promotional items or similar, but just take a look at the bottom of the description in every item that says "non tradeable", even in drop weapons
