yes and no u half right and half wrong,
the side cd-action.pl where the keys are from, never banned any keys, the keys for Blood Bowl Legendary Edition and the keys for Supreme Commander Forged Alliance and also the keys for Heroes of Might&Magc Multiplayer which are floating around since quite a while now, been all from this side and none of these keys been revoked till now.
I know this for sure, as I use myself an account there and I activate these keys I got from there till now all on my own account on steam and they are all still there and playable.
But btt:
She told me about the free key right after I said I have a copie of THE SHIP for her and told me too where to get it and I then I gifted her THE SHIP,
totally normal for me
as she didnt try to make profit with a free key, not in my case, so its fine for me
