Since the games alone are worth $50 and the pack includes exclusive DLC content, I would say 18 TF2 keys. But it's negotiable.
EDIT: I just realized Carmageddon Reincarnation now includes a Steam gift copy for Carmageddon Max Pack and Carmageddon: Carpocalypse Now if you buy it, so I'd lower the price to 12 TF2 (still negotiable).
It's on sale for 14,99€ (I'm on EU zone) for another day or so, I've noticed that but:
It should be back to its regular price in a day
It doesn't include the DRM Free version like the Humble Bundle link
*You'll have to buy the two included DLCs when they are released
I was going to accept 10 TF2 Keys as mrotS offered, but after adding me on Steam he's not answering my chat messages. Anyway, I don't think I would accept less than 10 TF2 Keys. Yes, the game might be on sale on Steam but it doesn't include all the Humble Bundle extras.
