VEGAS Pro 14 Edit Steam Edition is a restricted gift which can only be redeemed in these countries: Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Viet Nam.
If you are not from those regions, you can activate via VPN, and the region lock will disappear after 3 months. This is a well known trick, and people use it for quite a while now. But you do that at your own risk and I am not responsible, if Valve changes this at some point.
