ok so there are two questinos here , first what is the price of alice madness returns ? because everyone says its $20 but steam shows me $50 in store when i click on it and i have screen shot of it which is here:

How to check game from different regions for version difference (AND PRICE) <--

Open regional Steam storefront with url:
http://store.steampowered.com/?cc=us
where cc parameter that set region store you want to browse
us - USA, ru - Russia, uk - UK,fr - France, au - Australia etc.
Open game store page and position cursor over "Add to Cart" button
Look at browser status bar. You will see something like this - javascript:AddToCart(8744);
Write down this number and repeat from step one but with different cc parameter.
Then compare numbers you written down.
Difference means that regional stores sell different version.
If you see same numbers for several EU countries and different number for Russian store then that game have Ru. Same numbers for all stores - RoW
Examples:
Driver San Francisco - 8744 - same for all countries
Deus Ex: Human Revolution - 11274 same for all countries
Fallout New Vegas - Ru=6443, EU=6442, US=6442, AU=6445
