If people want Steam wallet for their keys, they could sell those keys in the market.

The only way your offer makes any sense is if you are from Russia, Ukraine, or maybe Brazil where game prices are less and you can offer people a better deal. If that is the case you probably want to mention it. Otherwise, your offer is not likely to attract interest.
