Door Kickers from russian store - 4 keys
Miscreated - 9 keys - This game is almost for the same price everywhere, 8 keys + tod if you want it from russia
Kentucky Route Zero 4 keys from russian store, but It occasionally goes on sales, so maybe it can be for 2 keys in a sale
About ROWness, there is no track that clearly says if they are or not row, and sometimes a game is restricted in ru but not in tr and vice versa. Only thing I can say for sure is that, even in the worst situation these games will work like a charm after vpn activation
You can ask any game's price, this games are region locked so you'll need a vpn to activate them. I can assure you the games will work if not play-restricted too(which i'll also warn you if it is), but I don't accept any responsibility about Steam's actions.
