Not unless it's for a real good price, I'm trying to get away from using UPlay as I prefer all my games in the same place.

Just so you know, you'll always need an Uplay account in order to play Blacklist, if you start the game on steam you'll be directed to Uplay and have to start the game there (Double DRM).
