If I wanted it for $20 I would buy it from the store.

Got scammed. Seemed very shady considering the person had banned trade status, but my friend I've done trades with had done a trade with them.
I saw his "+rep" comment so I expected it to be safe.
Seems the person is actually an ex-trustworthy trader and is taking advantage of their high amounts of rep to scam people.
Is there anywhere to report scams on here?
I tried using SteamRep before trading but the site was down. Bleh.
